While CA has been in business for a long-time, there is a need to rebrand the company for newer residents or those people who might be looking for local activities that the company provides.

CA’s social media consultant provided a rather startling statistic: 50% of Howard County’s population turns over every decade. With this change comes a whole new group of people who are not familiar with what CA offers. Additionally, there are many changes to the age categories that move to Columbia and its environs.

CA will also work to ensure that our staff members understand the need for working in and around the community and that they understand how important it is to develop and rethink the organization.

Primary Focus Points:
  • Explore and expand recognition of CA in our market area
  • Expand awareness of CA throughout the organization
  • Tie Branding with marketing and sales efforts as well as organizational building
  • Brand all CA facilities so annual charge payers and users understand where the money they pay in goes.
